We have assisted Cityheart Living with the renewal of their FM contracts. Initially we reviewed the operation and maintenance manuals to confirm what the maintenance requirements were. We then, in conjunction with others formulated a tender document that was issued to FM contractors.
We assisted with the tender, attended post tender interviews with the tendering FM contractors and gave our recommendations on who should be appointed.
