As part of a Cityheart Ltd and Vinci Construction bid team we were appointed by LocatED / Department for Education to develop out a 440 pupil new build school with 19 residential units above on the site of a former office development in Kingston, London.
The scheme had been developed up to RIBA Stage 3 at bid stage and our role was to develop the design and take the works to site. Work is ongoing and due to complete 2nd quarter 2022.
