We provided bid support to Cityheart and Rise Homes at competition stage, offering advice on costs, programme and design.
We are working as residential operators representative on this landmark scheme which comprises of a 14-storey purposely designed building including 70 one-bed and 126 two-bed fully furnished, spacious apartments in the heart of the town. The development also includes 6 commercial units and a private garden for residents.
We are working closely with all partners including TfGM, Stockport MBC ad GMCA. The scheme is due to complete in May 2024.
