MM Management Services Ltd were appointed by Cityheart Partnerships Ltd as Project Manager, Employers Agent and Quality Monitor for the development of a 178 bed purpose built student accommodation scheme on a brownfield site in Hereford. The accommodation was required to deal with a growing demand for student beds from both Hereford College of Art and NMiTE who are based locally.
The early challenges with the scheme were dealing with programme issues and working around a main sewer that ran diagonally across the site. Following a redesign of the building footprint, we were able to provide the required rooms on the site. To overcome the programme issues. we looked at and agreed to proceed with a module construction.
