The University of Gloucestershire partnered with Cityheart to provide 500 student bedrooms in Gloucester City Centre in two phases

Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Cityheart Ltd appointed MM Management Services Ltd to work with them to build out the remainder of the former car park site in the centre of Gloucester.
Phase 2 will consist of 190 new purpose-built student accommodation in 2 blocks. The accommodation will comprise of cluster bedrooms with cluster kitchens around a central stair core.
We have worked with the design team to obtain planning consent and develop the design to RIBA Stage 3. The project has been tendered and a Contractor selected and site start is due imminently.
