We were appointed by a client, who owned a parcel of land off the town centre in Dornoch, to look at options to develop the site. Consent had already been obtained to build residential units for rent on the site. Working through the financial appraisal with the client it was clear the scheme as rental units was not viable, however building for private sale was.

We engaged with the original Architect and Planner for the scheme and have managed the amendment to planning to allow the units to be sold on completion. We are now working with the design team and local agents to redefine the specification for the units to align with current market demands.
