We were appointed by Edinburgh Leisure to carry out an assessment of their dilapidations on expiry of their lease for office space.

As part of this exercise we reviewed their lease and inspected the premises. We then provided a report setting out our understanding of their dilapidation obligations and the likely costs involved.
At the same time, we assessed the timeline of events that would need to take place to allow them time to vacant and undertake any works required.
