We have been appointed as Project Manager to work through the feasibility and take the design of a new build student accommodation scheme on the site of the former Territorial Army drill hall. The building to the front of the site is Category B listed and the brief was to retain the façade and developing behind.
With the design team we have developed a 250 bed scheme that incorporates twin rooms and studios as a result of a specific request from the proposed end user.
The scheme has been submitted for planning with a decision due 3rd quarter 2020. Site start is expected 4th quarter 2020 with completion 3rd quarter 2022
